General Assembly

The General Assembly is the chief decision-making body of the Federal Commonwealth. It sets the general course of the Commonwealth’s agendas, votes on where to allocate resources, and appoints representatives from member nations to other high-level agencies of the Commonwealth.

All member nations have a permanent seat on the General Assembly, and associate nations are allowed to designate observers who have no formal authority or voting power but may address the Assembly and are privy to its votes and discussions.
